propose de vivre une expérience gastronomique hors du commun. Pour 2018/2019, afin de renforcer l’équipe en place, le restaurant Dyades est à la recherche de:

BURSAR (M/F)

Under the responsibility of the Head of our restaurant, your main tasks as a Bursar will be as follows:

Ensure the ordering, the reception, the preparation and the supply of the past requests in the respect of the norms of the Domain

Control the compliance of deliveries against purchase orders, secure goods

Collaborate closely with the accounting department in the invoice validation process

Carry out inventories and guarantee their reliability

Optimize the preparation of orders according to the needs of services

A first successful experience in hospitality or catering will be appreciated.

STATION CHEF (M/F)

You are a confirmed cook, passionate, in love with nature. You will be in charge of a post to work the fresh product. You will control the proper use of equipment and materials.

You will ensure the reception of the goods, the quantitative and qualitative verification of the products.

Your profile

You have excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, you are imaginative, creative and you master the hygiene standards in force. Specific training CAP / BEP / BAC pro catering trades, you have an experience of at least 2 years in a similar position at a Michelin-starred restaurant.

APPRENTICE KITCHEN CLERK (M/F)

Under the authority of the Station Chef you will participate in the production of the kitchen: you will prepare the food and bases used in the composition of the dishes, you will implement the instructions, you will perform daily cleaning tasks in accordance with the protocols HACCP and safety standards.

Your profile 

You perform quality work, demanding and rigorous, you show initiative. You are in training hotel and catering and you are looking for a company for your alternation.

HEAD WAITER (M/F)

As a Head Waiter you are in charge of the service at the Michelin-starred restaurant DYADES. You ensure the establishment of the room, the reception and customer service. You will be able to evolve in a luminous environment in full nature.

The outdoor terrace, the garden and the calm are part of your working environment.

Your profile 

You speak English fluently and enjoy a very good customer relationship. Avenant and courteous, you have knowledge in cooking and will put forward the menus prepared by our Chef.

You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience on a position of chief of rank or on a post of server having already held a rank.

Under the authority of the Chef de Rang you will participate in the establishment of the restaurant, you will perform the tasks necessary for the room service in connection with the kitchen. You will ensure the cleaning of the room, bar and offices in accordance with the standards of hygiene in force.

Your profile

Good presentation with the sense of hospitality and service. Rigorous and dynamic, you like customer contact. You speak English. Holds a CAP / BEP in hospitality or similar experience. Beginner (e) accepted.

Your profile

You speak English fluently and enjoy a very good customer relationship. Pleasant and courteous, you have knowledge of wine and food products, and will highlight the menus prepared by our Michelin-starred Chef.

Very good presentation, you are a manager and a advisor.

You have a minimum of 5 year’s experience as a wine waiter and hotel training with specialization sommellerie.
